Steve White-Cooper, Founder

Steve brings over twenty years of executive search experience, spanning financial markets and the placement of lateral talent from high-performance sporting and military backgrounds and second careers. Throughout his career, one belief has remained constant: the pursuit of excellence — the factors that make an individual world class, whether on the sports field, in the military, or in business.

That pursuit of excellence is what drives The Needle — a firm built to identify exceptional people, place them where they will have the greatest impact, and ensure they succeed within the organisation and the wider team.
